  • Use cold water: Cold water helps preserve colors and prevents shrinking. 
  • Use a mild detergent: Avoid harsh detergents and bleach. 
  • Use a gentle cycle: A delicate or gentle cycle minimizes stress on the transfer. 
  • Avoid fabric softeners: Fabric softeners can weaken the adhesion of the ink. 
  • Air dry: Air drying is best, but you can also tumble dry on low heat.
