2. Products & Custom Orders

We specialize in custom-printed apparel, accessories, and DTF (Direct to Film) transfers. Due to the made-to-order nature of many of our items:

  • Colors and placement may vary slightly from photos or mockups
  • Turnaround times are estimates and may vary due to order volume or supplier delays
  • Custom and personalized items are non-refundable

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Major credit/debit cards
  • Shopify Payments
  • Buy Now, Pay Later (if enabled)
  • Manual invoicing (where applicable)

All payments must be completed before orders are fulfilled.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is handled via trusted third-party carriers. Once a package leaves our facility, delivery times are subject to carrier performance. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, but we’ll do our best to assist with any issues.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless:

  • The item arrives with a manufacturing defect
  • It was damaged during shipping and a claim is filed with the carrier

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, product names, and photos are the property of Lotus Prints & Tees and may not be reproduced, copied, or resold without written permission.

7. User-Submitted Content

If you tag us, send us photos, or leave reviews, you grant us permission to share or repost that content across our platforms for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
