At Lotus Prints & Tees, each item is made or packed with care. Because many of our products are custom or made-to-order, all sales are generally final. However, we want you to be happy—so if something’s wrong, we’ll make it right.

🛠️ Defects or Issues

If your item arrives with a defect or error, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it.

Email us at lotustee25@gmail.com with:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the defect
  • Your order number or confirmation

We typically resolve issues within 24 hours, but please allow up to 3–7 business days during peak times or event weekends.

🔁 Exchanges & Store Credit

We do not offer standard exchanges or refunds. However, in certain cases, we may offer an exchange for store credit.
