At Lotus Prints & Tees, we do our best to get your order out the door as quickly as possible!

🚚 Processing Time

• Most in-stock orders ship within 24 hours.
• If we’re away at a pop-up or event, please allow 3–7 business days for processing.
• Custom or made-to-order items may have longer processing times, which will be noted in the product description.

📦 Shipping Method

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and others depending on your location and order size.

🕒 Delivery Time

Delivery time is in addition to processing time and depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout.

⚠️ Delays & Liability

Once your package leaves our hands, delivery is in the control of the shipping provider. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by shipping carriers, but we’ll always try to help you file a claim or track the issue.
