🔥 Press Like a Pro – Cold Peel Required

Our upgraded DTF film is designed specifically for cold peel application, ensuring vibrant, long-lasting results with the right technique. Let your design cool completely before peeling for a flawless finish every time.

⚠️ Important Note:

All heat presses behave a bit differently. Temperatures and pressure can vary between machines, even if the settings say the same thing. For best results:

• Use a heat gun to verify your press temperature

• Ensure you’re using true heavy pressure (don’t rely on just the dial)

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect heat or pressure settings.

✅ Lotus-Approved Pressing Instructions

• Temperature: 315°F

• Pressure: Heavy (55 PSI or “S” setting)

• Pre-Press: 7 seconds (to remove moisture & wrinkles)

• Press Time: 15 seconds

• Peel: Cold peel only – let it cool completely before peeling

• Final Press: 8 seconds using parchment paper or a cover sheet (no need to cool before this step)
